Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate in Accounting to manage fixed asset records and balance sheet reconciliations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate recording of PPE, depreciation calculations, and timely book closures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Shared Services to resolve accounting issues and support internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. Accountancy with at least five years in finance or accounting, including three in fixed assets, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or Accounting; at least 3 years in Fixed Assets.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Intercompany, Reconciliations and GL processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual book closing.
• Record fixed assets and adjust schedules with controls.
• Validate new fixed assets and disposals in the accounting system.
• Track project costs to fixed asset accounts and categories.
• Compute depreciation for all fixed assets.
• Update depreciation schedules and perform asset reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries for PPE, accruals and general adjustments.
• Generate monthly management reports and support audits.
