Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, inter-company transactions, and the integrity of financial reporting.

You will coordinate with suppliers, ensure timely submissions of monthly reports, and monitor balance sheets and ledgers with a focus on accuracy. The role requires strong fixed asset management skills, financial monitoring, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least three supervisory years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and inter-company transactions.
• Proven ability to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting incl. bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis and subsidiary ledgers.
• Strong expertise in fixed asset management, financial monitoring and process improvement initiatives.
• CPA and other certifications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, payment requests, and statutory reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between SOA and CPFI records.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including AP & AR subsidiary ledgers, P&L, and balance sheet analysis.
• Maintain accurate Balance Sheet and General Ledger accounts, including accruals and prepayment amortization.
