Venice 66 Fashions Inc. in Laguna is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations and supervise the accounting team.

You will manage accounts payable, general ledger, and reporting, ensure tax compliance, and coordinate with internal and external auditors. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for timely financial closings.

Qualifications

• Must be college graduate
• BS in Accountancy
• At least 2 years experience at supervisory level
• Background in payables, taxation and financial reporting
• Knowledgeable in SAP Business Office
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of accounts payable
• Excellent supervisory and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate staff
• Willing to work onsite in San Pedro, Laguna

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable, GL and bank reconciliations
• Participate in regular tax audits, compliance and payroll; accurate filing and timely submission
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
• Manage month-end and year-end closings
• Monitor daily performance of the accounting department
• Organize financial data and maintain updated records for easy retrieval
• Track progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with targets
• Ensure compliance with the law
• Check/validate all journal entries
• Perform financial statement analysis
• Assist annual external audit
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
