Job summary

Pluxee Philippines Inc. is seeking a capable CPA-qualified Accountant to join our finance team in Manila. You will prepare and analyze accounting records and financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

The role supports budgeting, reconciliations, and maintenance of accounting systems, and collaborates with internal and external audits. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–4 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and databases.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
