The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 2+ years in general accounts and payroll, and is proficient in Netsuite, Xero, or QuickBooks and Excel. Strong communication and integrity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years experience in General Accounts and Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Netsuite, Xero or QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including bank, prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, payroll and intercompany.
• Record and monitor employee expense reports and audit liquidation documents.
• Prepare variance analysis reports for management.
• Verify deposits and prepayments with 3rd party vendors quarterly.
• Assist in financial assurance and internal audits.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including cash flow, balance sheets and P&L.
