Job summary

Ecoverde Homes seeks an experienced finance leader to manage the company's financial activities, planning, and strategy in the Philippines. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and capital management to drive growth, stability, and profitability.

The successful candidate will oversee accounting, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with banks and auditors, while supporting project development and real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in real estate, property development, or construction preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and analytical; able to work with minimal supervision.
