Job Description

• Oversee and maintain the integrity of the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Supervise and review bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and general ledger account analyses.
• Manage and drive the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; provide variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial records and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate and lead external and internal audit processes, ensuring readiness and compliance with audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decision‑making.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, including performance management and training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
• Continuously improve accounting processes, systems, and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
