Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements for assigned properties (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable related to property operations
Monitor rent collections and follow up on outstanding balances
Record journal entries and perform bank reconciliations
Prepare budget reports and variance analysis
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor property expenses and ensure proper cost allocation
Coordinate with property managers regarding financial concerns
Assist in audit preparation and compliance requirements
Ensure tax compliance related to property (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, real property tax if applicable)
Qualifications
