Job summary

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation is seeking an Accounting Supervisor (Property Accountant) to oversee financial operations across multiple property projects. The roving role travels to assigned properties to ensure accurate accounting, strong controls, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include budgeting, variances analysis, forecasting support, site coordination with property teams, and adherence to accounting standards. CPA is an advantage and travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with CPA considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or construction.
• Proven experience handling multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & financial analysis: assist in annual property budgets, track variances, analyze performance, support forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Supervision & coordination: supervise on-site accounting staff or admins, coordinate with Property Managers and Leasing Teams, provide training on policies.
• Compliance & controls: ensure adherence to policies, maintain records, assist audits, implement internal controls.
• Reporting & management support: prepare management reports, consolidate data across projects, address discrepancies and tenant financial concerns.

The Accounting Supervisor (Property Accountant) is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of multiple property projects under the company's property management portfolio. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective coordination with on-site property teams. As a roving accountant, the position requires regular movement across assigned properties to monitor financial controls, support operations, and maintain consistent accounting practices.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual property budgets.
• Track budget variances and provide explanations and recommendations.
• Analyze financial performance of each property and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support forecasting and cash flow planning for managed projects.

Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and guide on-site accounting staff or property admins, if applicable.
• Coordinate closely with Property Managers, Leasing Teams, and Operations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide accounting support and training to property teams on policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure compliance with accounting controls and documentation.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain complete and organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to property accounts.
• Implement and monitor internal controls across all assigned projects.

Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare management reports and financial summaries for senior management.
• Consolidate financial data across multiple projects for review and decision-making.
• Address accounting issues, discrepancies, and tenant-related financial concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:
