Qualifications

• Accounting graduate with solid understanding of financial statements and regulatory requirements.
• CPA is preferred and adds credibility for the role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting from reputable firms or financial/banking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions including sales and collections.
• Assist Accounting Manager in closing books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain reconciliation of ledgers and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with external and government auditors.
• Prepare reports required by auditors or authorities.
• Support compliance with government requirements (BIR, SEC, LGU).
• Analyze financial statements of customers.

Job description

• Ensure that all transactions such as Sales and Collection (s) are recorded properly.
• Assist the Accounting Manager in closing books of accounts.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Monthly
• Maintain reconciliation of ledgers and subsidiaries
• Assist Accounting Manager in coordinating with external and government auditors.
• Preparation of reports as may be required by external or government auditors.
• Assist and ensure compliance with government requirements such as BIR, SEC and LGU.
• Mainly in- charge in the analysis of Financial Statements of Customers.

Qualifications

• Accounting Graduate
• Preferably CPA
• With at least 2 years experience from reputable accounting firms or financial or banking industry.
