Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit daily sales and accounts payable transactions.
• Assist chief accountant in preparing monthly management reports.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for other branches.
• Conduct field work audits for financial transactions.
• Summarize journal reports for financial statements.
• Recommend process improvements for financial reporting.
• Comply with financial policies and report irregularities.
• Perform other duties as directed by Chief Accountant.

Job description

• Responsible for analyzing and auditing of daily sales and accounts payable transactions.
• Assisting chief accountant in preparation of monthly management reports.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports of other branches.
• Responsible to do a field work in conducting audit to all transactions in related to financial reports of the branch assignment
• Responsible in summarizing journal reports related in preparation of financial statements
• Recommend an effective process flow on how to improve in generating an accurate and reliable financial statement
• Comply with financial policies and regulations and report any irregularities
• Perform other functions as may be directed by the Chief accountant.

Job Requirements

• A graduate of BS in Accountancy course preferable CPA , but not required
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related fields is required for this position.
• Salary offered will depend on work experience and capability to handle tasks.
• Able to speak English and Filipino fluently.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
