Job summary

Intelligent Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Accountant to join our team in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales or Legazpi, Albay.

You will maintain accurate financial records and support our partners' financial health in a fast-paced, full-time role. Responsibilities include advanced bookkeeping, payroll processing, preparing and analyzing financial statements, month-end close, budgeting support, and collaborating with the Client Manager to improve controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks or Xero is preferred.
• UK accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage payroll processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Perform reconciliations and month-end close.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Client Manager to improve processes and controls.

Intelligent Outsourcing, Inc. is looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our team in either Subic Bay Freeport Zone or Legazpi. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of our partners.This is a full-time position in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with both partners and our internal team to deliver reliable, high-quality accounting services.

Responsibilities

Your scope will vary depending on partner requirements, but may include:

• Handling advanced bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Managing payroll processing.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Performing reconciliations and managing month-end closing procedures.
• Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and other financial reporting.
• Collaborating with the Client Manager to improve financial processes and controls.
• Providing guidance and support to the finance team when needed.

Job Requirements

• Evident relevant experience in Accounting or Finance related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Nice to have: Relevant UK Accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take on responsibilities beyond the core scope.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
