Job summary

Tech101 Technologies Inc. in South Caloocan, Metro Manila, is seeking a General Accountant to join our finance team on a full-time basis. You will maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support day-to-day accounting operations.

The successful candidate will record daily transactions, prepare bank reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to drive transparent performance.

Responsibilities

• Recording and posting daily financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Preparing and reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers on a monthly basis
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations

About the role

We are seeking a General Accountant to join our finance team on a full-time basis at our office in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. This is a key position within our financial accounting and reporting function, where you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The General Accountant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health and transparency of Tech101 Technologies Inc.

What you'll be doing
