Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, is scaling its AI leadership and seeks an Associate Distinguished Engineer (Solution Architect - GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI) to lead technical strategy across deal cycles in the South Asia region. This full-time role demands deep architecture, cloud AI experience, and a knack for executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture or technology leadership roles.
• 2+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, and integration architectures.
• Hands-on with major cloud AI ecosystems.
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ability to present executive-level demos, prototypes, and PoCs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (sales, consulting, architecture, delivery).
• Exposure to Public Sector / Government / Education domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for AI solutioning across the deal lifecycle.
• Design scalable AI/ML and GenAI architectures for proposals and bids.
• Translate business challenges into technically sound AI solutions.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Build demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept for engagements.
• Support effort estimation, solution sizing, and risk analysis.
• Serve as SME for AI/ML, GenAI, data architecture, and emerging tech.
• Develop thought leadership content and industry POVs.
• Represent the organization in webinars, conferences, and client briefings.
• Mentor pre-sales teams on AI positioning and architectural best practices.
• Create reusable accelerators and reference architectures.
• Maintain a roadmap for AI accelerators aligned with market demand.
