Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, and triaging large systems.
• Strong Java and OO design skills.
• 5+ years microservices development.
• 3+ years Springboot experience.
• Experience with API development tools.
• GenAI patterns and related tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore engineering team and deliver AI initiatives.
• Build backend services using Springboot and Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
• Develop frontend with React or Angular and collaborate on UX.
• Own quality with PyTest, integration tests, and CI automation.
• Ship GenAI features: prompts, tools, memories, RAG pipelines.
• Productionize AI with guardrails, observability, and governance.
