Job summary

RCG Global Services is seeking an exceptional Java Spring Boot engineer with strong AI experience to design, build, and operate scalable AI-enabled services and frontend apps. You will lead offshore engineers and deliver production-grade GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.

You will collaborate with product and platform teams to craft robust microservices, secure APIs, and performant UIs using Spring Boot, Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django), and React or Angular, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in design and development of large, complex systems.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot with microservices experience.
• Proficient in building backend services and APIs.
• Experience delivering GenAI features and vector/data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of offshore engineers and deliver iterations of AI initiatives.
• Build backend services in Spring Boot and Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django); design clean APIs and background jobs.
• Develop user interfaces with React or Angular; collaborate on UX and component libraries.
• Own quality with PyTest, integration tests, and contract tests; enable CI test automation.
• Ship GenAI features: prompts, tools, memories, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows.
• Productionize AI with guardrails for safety, observability, and governance.
• Work across data layers: vector stores, embeddings, caching, secure connectors.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams; review code; document decisions.
