Atain is seeking a dedicated GDS Specialist for its Alabang, Muntinlupa team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include using GDS to manage reservations and ticketing, maintaining records, and collaborating with teams to improve service. Prior experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or Worldspan is required.
• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of call center experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using GDS.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
