Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Senior Blue Prism Automation Developer in the Philippines. The role focuses on end-to-end Blue Prism delivery across projects, collaborating with onshore developers and business stakeholders to drive automation value.

You will own requirements gathering, solution design, testing support, and production handover, while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. BP certification and OneStream exposure are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Understanding of business processes including finance and HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct process walkthroughs.
• Prepare solution documentation and support testing, deployment, and production handover.
• End-to-end development of automated solutions and production monitoring.

• The Opportunity

The developer will take ownership of Blue Prism solutions across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, collaborating closely with the University’s onshore developers and business stakeholders. Strong technical capability is essential, but the successful candidate must also communicate clearly and take on small pieces of business analysis where required.

Your Key Responsibilities gathering requirements, conducting process walkthroughs, preparing solution documentation, and supporting testing, deployment, and production handover. End to End Development of Automated solutions. Production Monitoring and Maintenance of deployed bots in production environment.

Skills and attributes for success Foundational knowledge of Robotic Process Automation(RPA). Understanding of Several Business Processes including finance and HR. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Confident communication with client stakeholders and business users, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly. Strong hands-on Blue Prism development experience and certification, ideally BP Certified AD01.
