EY's Global Delivery Services in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack DotNet-Angular Developer to join the Technology Consulting group. You will contribute to Microsoft technology solutions, build scalable APIs, and collaborate with distributed teams across regions.

Qualifications

As part of our GDS Consulting team, you will be part of GDS Technology Consulting team delivering to clients across regions. The client base spans across various sectors and includes collaboration with other teams within Consulting services.

The opportunity

We’re looking for resources with expertise in Microsoft Technologies to join the group of our Microsoft Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.

Your key responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications


• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code


• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications


• Drive the project to achieve the milestone


• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues


• Understand existing application architecture and solution design


• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems


• Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums, and stand ups


• Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting, analytical. and problem-solving skills


• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high quality systems and software products


• Strong written & oral communication skills


• Lead or mentor junior and/or mid-level developers


• Review code and establish best practices

Skills and attributes

Required Skills

• More than 6 years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Microsoft Technologies


• Strong hands‑on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+) for building scalable, high‑performance REST APIs


• Strong hands‑on experience with Angular (v14+) using TypeScript


• Experience with Angular frameworks including RxJS, Angular CLI, and Angular Material


• Proficient in source control tools like Git, and experience with branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development)


• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor


• Experience with database schema design and performance tuning in SQL Server / Azure SQL


• Good experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Blob Storage, DevOps)


• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or backend services


• Experience writing utility scripts, data processing, or background jobs in Python


• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI assisted development tools

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's or master's degree
