Job summary

EY in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager – CRM Architect to lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform design across the project lifecycle. You will guide architecture, requirements, and delivery to meet client outcomes and drive cloud adoption.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure quality through advisory and enablement activities. Strong D365/PowerPlatform expertise and agile delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years CRM solution architecture experience.
• Excellent communication with end clients.
• Deep technical understanding of D365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Estimating & solutioning using Dynamics 365

Responsibilities

• Providing technical architecture, requirements and design guidance during the Project Lifecycle during delivery
• Must understand business outcomes and how the proposed solution meets client requirements
• Understand delivery tools like Azure DevOps and influence the delivery team to adopt them
• Understand interdependencies and help plan project sprints
• Envision best solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Propose the solution, define architecture and estimate cost and schedule
• Take accountability for technical estimates and adapt based on experience
• Advise on multi-scenario cloud D365 implementations
• Play a vital part in delivery team to focus on quality
• Review Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for QA and risk assessment
• Advisory and Enablement on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects

Senior Manager – CRM Architect

Job purpose

• • This is critical role in the solution implementation lifecycle cutting across all phases. The Architects are technical leaders with strong understanding of technology and ability to apply it to drive business outcomes. Architects provide guidance for the solution definition, architectural assistance, technical delivery for the top critical business solution implementations based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies in the enterprise.
• • The Dynamics Architect is involved in Solution Design from Sales to Implementation cycle, leading all design and development of the solutions with broad focus around enterprise, industry, platform and solutions.
• • In a cloud first world the Architect plays a vital role in proposing the right cloud D365 solutions, driving the solution implementation to accelerate adoption and allow customers get better results out of their cloud investments.

Your responsibilities

• • Providing technical architecture, requirements and design guidance during the Project Lifecycle during delivery
• • Must have good understand of the business outcomes the customer is expecting from the solution and clearly articulated how the proposed solution will meet or exceed the client business requirements.
• • The architect must have a good understanding of delivery process and delivery tools like Azure Dev Ops and be able to influence the entire delivery team to adopt the tools and processes for successful delivery.
• • Must have ability to understand the interdependencies within the proposed solution and help Project/Program Managers to plan the project sprints accordingly.
• • Understand customer expectations, pain points and expected business outcomes and envision the best possible solution based on the Microsoft solution stack including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• • Propose the solution to customers, define the solution architecture and estimate the cost and schedule for the implementation of the solution
• • Take accountability for the technical estimates for the solution implementation. Architects are expected to be strong in estimation methods and derive on experience /learning from multiple projects.
• • The individual will have good understanding of Cloud solution implementations and should be adept at proposing solutions for multiple alternate scenarios where customers can accelerate the adoption of the Dynamics 365 Cloud.
• • Playing a vital part in larger project delivery team to keep the focus on solution quality and delivering to customer requirements as primary objectives.
• • Review Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for quality assurance on requirements fidelity, best practices, process adherence and proactive technical risk assessment.
• • Architects may also be involved in Advisory and Enablement to review and provide guidance about Solution Architecture and Design on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects being delivered

Key skills

• • Minimum of 14+ years of CRM Solution Architecture experience while worked in multiple industry.
• • Excellent Communication skills with hands-on experience in managing end clients.
• • Deep technical understanding of D365 CRM and PowerPlatform.
• • Estimating & solutioning using Dynamics 365
• • Design and coding experience in Dynamics 365
• • Experience in agile delivery and deployment , continuous integration and build processes
• • Familiar with the Power platform, Dynamics 365 & larger Microsoft suite such as Azure AD, API management, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions etc…
• • Dynamics 365 configuration, customization and integration experience
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment
• • Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred skills

• • Prior experience as an architect on globally distributed projects
• • 6+ years’ experience in architecting solutions.

• • Fast Track recognized Solution Architect recognition
• • BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 10+ years
