Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in the Philippines seeks a MSD_F&O Technical Senior to lead Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations developments. You will design, customize, and coordinate a technical team across projects.

You will work with D365FO extensions, LCS, Azure DevOps, and data migration, delivering reliable solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with functional consultants.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years in IT with D365FO experience and multi-national exposure.
• Strong knowledge of D365FO modules, extensions, and integrations.
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, SQL, .NET and Power BI.
• Ability to lead teams, design solutions, and coach juniors.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, design, customize and develop D365FO solutions per requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Create Technical Documents (TDD, IDD) and ensure quality.
• Develop D365FO extensions, integrations, and data migrations.
• Coach juniors and work with functional consultants on design.
• Develop SSRS and Power BI reports and manage environments.

The opportunity

GDS which has presence in seven countries with 40,000+ Headcount, is rapidly growing. GDS operations is partnering with business in this journey of growth. Amidst growth, there is need to keep evolving for the management and integration of GDS Operations team.

The role plays a key part in developing customizations in D365FO, Leading technical team, handling issues in development and communicating status to key stake holders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Should be able to estimate, design, customize and develop customer specific customization requirements.
• Should proactively involve in technical discussions in D365 FO projects
• Should be able to create all Technical related Documents (TDD, IDD.)
• Should have good experience in D365 FO Extensions.
• Should be able to use LCS and work with Azure Devops.
• Should be able to develop/debug customizations in Microsoft D365 FO.
• Should be able to Integrate D365 FO with 3rd Party applications.
• Should be able to perform Data Migration activities.
• Should demonstrate good knowledge in D365 modules.
• Work closely with the Functional Consultants in the design of technical solutions.
• Should be able to Coach and help Junior developers.
• Should be able to develop SSRS and Power BI Reports.
• Should be able to perform Environment Management and Release Management.

• Experience of using PowerApps, Logic Apps, Common Data Service, and other Azure Services.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Overall experience of 6 to 12 years
• Experience of working in Operations environment in large multi-national organizations
• Experience in environment and release management
• Experience with successful implementations
• Should have good understanding in migrations in D365 and older versions of AX

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Ability to function in a rapidly changing, heavily matrixed and often virtual environment
• Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Culturally sensitivity and be capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”
