Job summary

EY in Manila is hiring a Senior MSD & F&O specialist to drive D365FO customizations and lead a technical team. You will design and implement customer-specific solutions, manage integrations with third-party apps, and guide junior developers through complex deployments.

You will also craft technical documentation, leverage LCS and Azure DevOps, and develop SSRS and Power BI reports within a dynamic ERP project environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, customize and develop customer-specific D365FO solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and communicating with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of D365FO modules, extensions and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, design, customize and develop customer-specific customization requirements.
• Lead technical discussions in D365FO projects with the team.
• Create all technical documents (TDD, IDD) and maintain docs.
• Develop and debug D365FO customizations and integrate with third-party apps.
• Work with LCS and Azure DevOps; perform environment and release management.
• Coach junior developers and deliver SSRS and Power BI reports.

The opportunity

GDS which has presence in seven countries with 40,000+ Headcount, is rapidly growing. GDS operations is partnering with business in this journey of growth. Amidst growth, there is need to keep evolving for the management and integration of GDS Operations team.

The role plays a key part in developing customizations in D365FO, Leading technical team, handling issues in development and communicating status to key stake holders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Should be able to estimate, design, customize and develop customer specific customization requirements.
• Should proactively involve in technical discussions in D365 FO projects
• Should be able to create all Technical related Documents (TDD, IDD.)
• Should have good experience in D365 FO Extensions.
• Should be able to use LCS and work with Azure Devops.
• Should be able to develop/debug customizations in Microsoft D365 FO.
• Should be able to Integrate D365 FO with 3rd Party applications.
• Should be able to perform Data Migration activities.
• Should demonstrate good knowledge in D365 modules.
• Work closely with the Functional Consultants in the design of technical solutions.
• Should be able to Coach and help Junior developers.
• Should be able to develop SSRS and Power BI Reports.
• Should be able to perform Environment Management and Release Management.
