Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in the Philippines seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud transformation initiatives. You will design, implement, and optimise pipelines for On‑Premises and Azure, while integrating security tooling and automating infrastructure using Terraform/Bicep.

You’ll collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams across EY to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions and drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• BS‑IT/CS/CE with 6–10 years of industry experience.
• Azure SQL, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Web Apps, etc.
• Hands-on in Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, Angular/React and .Net.
• CI/CD pipeline setup/deployment using Azure DevOps; experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and workstream leads to understand business, functional, technical, and implementation requirements.
• Set up and manage Azure DevOps platform.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in On‑Premises and Azure.
• Set up CI/CD for Java, .Net, SQL, Data platforms, Power Platform.
• Integrate security tools in CI/CD (SonarCloud, Veracode, Fortify).
• Write automation scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or Bicep.
• Use tools to orchestrate solutions.
• Develop API and cloud‑native solutions on Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, AKS).

Your Key Responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success

• Development experience using Angular/React & .Net (Full‑stack Developer)
• Development experience with Spring Framework
• Development experience in Container technologies
• Cloud Development on Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure APIM, Azure Kubernetes Services…)
• Experience working with Azure SDK & CLI
• DevOps experience in Azure DevOps for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Infrastructure Automation Experience using Terraform or Bicep.
• Good Knowledge on Azure PaaS, SaaS and IaaS offerings
• Good Knowledge on Azure Security
• End to End API development experience
• Data access services development
• Hands‑on experience across all phases of SDLC using agile methodologies

Ideally, you’ll also

• Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio.
• Experience working under agile delivery methodology.
• Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping.

What we look for

• BS‑IT/CS/CE with a sound industry experience of 6 to 10 years
• Azure SQL, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Web Apps etc
• Hands‑on in Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, Angular/React and .Net.
• No SQL (Azure Cosmos / Mongo)
• CI/CD pipeline setup/deployment using Azure DevOps, or Github Actions
• Working experience on Docker, Kubernetes or AKS
• Infrastructure automation experience on Terraform or Bicep.
• Experience working on CMMI / Agile / SAFE methodologies
• Front End Development using Angular / React
• Foster teamwork and lead by example

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
