EY is seeking a Senior Fullstack Dotnet/React Developer in the Philippines as part of the GDS Technology Consulting team. The role focuses on delivering scalable REST APIs with C#/.NET Core and frontend with ReactJS in an Agile environment.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of full stack development experience with Microsoft Technologies.
- Proficient in C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+) for REST APIs.
- Strong ReactJS frontend experience.
- Solid Typescript and JavaScript (ES6+) knowledge.
- Experience with Redux and frontend testing frameworks.
- Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL and database design.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud services and DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

We're looking for resources with expertise in Microsoft Technologies to join the group of our Microsoft Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Drive the project to achieve the milestone
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Understand existing application architecture and solution design
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems
- Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums, and stand ups
- Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting, analytical. and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high quality systems and software products
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Lead or Mentor junior and/or mid-level developers
- Review code and establish best practices
- More than 6 years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Microsoft Technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+) for building scalable, high-performance REST APIs
- Strong front-end development knowledge in ReactJS
- Solid understanding of Typescript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
- Proficient in source control tools like Git, and experience with branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development)
- Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor
- Experience with database schema design and performance tuning in SQL Server / Azure SQL
- Good experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Blob Storage, DevOps)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or backend services
- Experience writing utility scripts, data processing, or background jobs in Python
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI assisted development tools

- A bachelor's or master's degree
- 6-9 years of experience in .NET Development.
