Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required (preferably B.Com/BBA/Economics).
• MS Office 365 proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; familiarity with Power BI and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to support engagement delivery.
• Provide support to consulting technical team members.
• Assist with fees, invoicing, budgets and billing processes.
• Ensure effective team communications and documentation filing.
• Develop client relationships and prepare dashboards for client teams.

What is the CSS role?

Consulting Support Services - Consultant

The opportunity

CSS role enables Consulting Engagement team’s efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities.

We support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and competencies. We help in project coordination & management, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.

Your key responsibilities

• CSS consultants enhance service delivery by ensuring that deadlines are met, the project is efficiently managed, and there is proactive coordination /communication
• Provide support to consulting technical team members
• Assist with matters related to fees and billings, invoicing, budgets
• Ensure proper and efficient team communications
• Perform non-technical, planning and organizational tasks for the account
• Ensure that all required documentation is filed and archived
• Support efforts to develop and maintain client relationships
• Reporting and preparing Dashboards for client team including senior leadership
• One-time tasks, ad hoc reporting, etc
• Assist with conducting comprehensive market research and providing insights
• Leverage for opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency while ensuring quality output, through automation and AI application

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably B.Com/BBA/Economics Graduates
• IT Skills and experience using MS Office PC based system – Experience with MS Office 365 (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps etc), data visualization applications, and windows based PC
• Applied skills in work or internship experience
• Achievements in scholastic or co-curricular activities are an advantage
• AI fluent with awareness of AI strengths and limitations, responsible use and some practical application
