Job summary

EY’s GDS Consulting BPM team in Taguig seeks a Celonis Process Mining Manager to lead design and delivery of process mining and optimisation solutions using Celonis. You will oversee end-to-end engagements from opportunity identification to value realisation, ensuring scalable, sustainable outcomes aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years hands-on experience with Celonis EMS / process mining.
• Experience in BPM or digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record in large-scale implementations and architecture.
• Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation environments.
• Strong data modelling and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of process mining engagements, incl. discovery, conformance checking, and performance analysis using Celonis.
• Drive actionable insights and strategic recommendations for process optimisation, automation and digital transformation.
• Define and implement scalable, reusable frameworks for Celonis deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, data models and use cases.
• Oversee design, validation and governance of data models, event logs and data pipelines.
• Provide leadership across configuration, development, testing and deployment of process mining applications.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy across solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks for process mining programmes and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Build technical assets and accelerators.

Location: Taguig

As part of our EY‑BPM team, you will lead the design and delivery of process mining and optimisation solutions using the Celonis platform. You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of process mining engagements – from opportunity identification and solution design to implementation, deployment, and value realisation – ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with client objectives. Leveraging your expertise in process mining, process analysis, data modelling and solution architecture, you will help clients gain end‑to‑end visibility into their operations and drive data‑driven decision‑making, enabling measurable improvement in performance through advanced analytics, AI‑driven insights and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure high‑quality delivery across multiple engagements. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess business requirements, define process mining use cases, and design target‑state processes that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across configuration, development, testing, and deployment of process mining applications.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all process mining solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience with the Celonis EMS / Process Mining platform.
• Extensive experience in process mining, business process management (BPM), or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in solution architecture and large‑scale implementations.
• Experience working in consulting, shared services, or enterprise transformation environments is preferred.
• Strong expertise in process mining concepts and methodologies.
• Advanced understanding of business process modelling and optimisation.
• Solid knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience in guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Strong project delivery and governance experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, data modelling, and database concepts.
• Knowledge of automation, RPA, or workflow solutions.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and data architectures.
