Job summary

World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a GBV Officer to lead day-to-day GBV activities, engage women and girls in awareness campaigns, and coordinate with partners to implement high-quality responses in camp and host communities.

You will supervise facilitators, manage budgets, develop reports, and work with government and service providers to strengthen prevention, protection and community resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social sciences or related field.
• Postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of GBV issues in emergencies.
• Good facilitation, training and advocacy skills.
• Minimum 3 years GBV-related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day GBV activities and awareness campaigns.
• Supervise facilitators and coordinate with partners.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project reports.
• Maintain strong collaboration with CiC, camp management and service providers.
• Ensure quality implementation of WGSS and prevention activities.
