Job summary

World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide field-level support for GBV prevention, safe shelter, and case management activities. The role focuses on quality service delivery, staff capacity building, and robust data management to strengthen protection outcomes for women, children, and youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field.
• Postgraduate degree.
• Experience with GBV case management and GBVIMS/Primero.
• Strong written and spoken English; Bangla and Rohingya knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design trainings and capacity-building opportunities for the team on GBV interventions.
• Ensure case management aligns with local systems and inter-agency SOPs and technical guidelines.
• Maintain internal/external referrals and follow up on referred cases.
• Lead integration of GBVIMS+/Primero within case management and ensure data protection compliance.
• Supervise case workers to ensure effective case management and timely reporting.
• Support safeguarding compliance and donor reporting requirements.
