DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure smooth coordination with buyer representatives and keep order flow at the optimum every season
• Direct contact with buyer for order specification and requirements, order status and shipment report once shipment takes effect
• Facilitate ordering of required trims/accessories based on buyer orders specifications
• Provide all necessary information to operations team/s for internal reference and guidelines based on buyer requirements including IO files and buyer instruction
• Assist in monitoring of production status, if necessary in carrying out tasks
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in apparel manufacturing
• With basic knowledge in garment merchandising
• Can perform well under pressure
• Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga and travel offshore
