Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a Gaming Product Specialist to support development, improvement, and performance of digital gaming products. You will conduct product and market research, monitor trends, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and competitiveness.

You will coordinate with gaming providers and technology partners, monitor new releases, and assist with onboarding, testing, and placement of games on the platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for onboarding or enhancement.
Coordinate with gaming providers and internal teams on releases, promotions, and configurations.
Support onboarding, testing, configuration, integration, and launch of games on the platform.
Analyze product performance and user engagement to inform portfolio decisions and optimizations.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies; maintain accurate records.
