Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Product Specialist to support our game product lifecycle with a strong focus on documentation preparation, compliance alignment (PAGCOR), and internal game testing. This role is essential in ensuring that all necessary documents are completed accurately and submitted on time for regulatory approval, while also helping verify the technical integrity of games through hands‑on testing.

This role bridges compliance, product, and QA efforts — ideal for someone with sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude in cross‑department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance Support
  • Prepare and organize required documentation for PAGCOR approval, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Draft and update Game Information Request Guide (IRG), Game Rules, Feature Sheets, RTP info, and other required regulatory materials.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to align documents with current regulatory standards.
  • Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date filing system for all product‑related documents.
• Presentation & Walkthrough Preparation
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for internal and external game walkthroughs.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to reflect accurate product flow, features, and UI.
  • Support demo sessions by assisting in presenting game features and flows to stakeholders or auditors.
• Game Testing & QA Assistance
  • Conduct manual testing of new or updated games to ensure they are functioning as intended across different platforms.
  • Check for gameplay issues, rule errors, payout discrepancies, UI/UX problems, and report any bugs or inconsistencies found.
  • Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity tags.
  • Coordinate with QA, development, and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues before submission or launch.
• Internal Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between product, QA, and compliance teams for smooth workflow and document sign‑off.
  • Track documentation status, follow up on pending inputs, and ensure readiness for regulatory submission schedules.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and feature validations when needed.

Qualifications

Work Experience: 3 years

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree

Required Language Proficiency: English; Filipino

• 1–3 years of experience in product documentation, compliance support, QA, or related fields.
• Experience or familiarity with PAGCOR regulations and online gaming products is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Excel and PDF formatting tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator with the ability to explain game features and document content effectively.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
