Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking a Specialist, Product & Commercial Strategy (Gaming) to join the numbers team. This data-driven role focuses on transforming raw gaming data into actionable reports that track product profitability, yield optimization, and player activation.

You will build advanced Excel dashboards and financial models, provide quantitative support for concept papers and launch roadmaps, and regularly report on asset utilization and event-linked upsell within the casino

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
2–3 years of experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or casino analytics.
Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, complex formulas, pivot tables, power query).
Numbers-driven with a proven ability to read, interpret, and present numeral data accurately.

Responsibilities

Process and analyze complex numerical data related to gaming metrics (e.g., T-Win, ADT, hold percentages).
Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and financial models to track gaming product profitability and uptake.
Generate solid, regular reports on asset utilization, yield optimization, and event-linked upsell within the casino floor.
Provide robust quantitative support for concept papers and launch roadmaps.
