VALOFE GLOBAL LIMITED is seeking a Game Operations Specialist to ensure smooth gameplay, monitor game servers, and provide excellent player support.

You will coordinate in-game events, report bugs to the development team, engage with the community on forums and social channels, and help implement updates.

This is an in-person, full-time role based in Pasig, with probation and a permanent position after. Salary ranges from PHP 18,000 to 25,000 per month, with benefits after regularization.

• Player Support: Assist players with inquiries, technical difficulties, and provide exceptional customer support to ensure a positive gaming experience.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-game events, ensuring they run smoothly and engage players.
• Bug Reporting: Detect and report any bugs or glitches in the game to our development team for swift resolution.
• Community Engagement: Interact with players on forums, social media, and other platforms to foster a positive and active gaming community.
• Game Updates: Assist in implementing game updates, patches, and new features to enhance the gaming experience.
• Data Analysis: Analyze player behavior and feedback to identify areas of improvement and contribute to ongoing game development.
