Job summary

Beyond Horizon Group in Taguig is seeking a creative Game Sound Designer to independently manage the full audio production process for our games. You will craft original sound effects, music, and audio loops aligned with gameplay, visuals, and animation.

You will collaborate with designers and developers to deliver immersive audio across base and bonus game modes, ensuring licensed third-party assets and efficient version control. 2+ years in game audio required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in game sound design or interactive audio.
• Experience independently delivering a complete game audio package.
• Proficiency in at least one DAW (Reaper, Audition, FL Studio, Ableton, or Pro Tools).
• Strong skills in layering, synthesis, mixing, and seamless audio loops.
• Understanding of gameplay timing and player experience.

Responsibilities

• Create sound effects for Spins, Reel Stops, Wins, Cascades, UI interactions, Wilds, Scatters, Multipliers, and Bonus features.
• Design Big Win, Mega Win, Super Win, character actions, transitions, and environmental sounds.
• Create or arrange music for Base Games and Bonus Games.
• Produce seamless music loops and distinctive themes for different game concepts.
• Edit, layer, mix, and master audio assets.
• Synchronize sounds with gameplay events and animations.
• Optimize audio for mobile games and maintain organized assets and version control.
• Collaborate with game designers, animators, and developers.
• Use professional sound libraries and AI-assisted audio tools to improve production efficiency.
• Ensure all third-party audio assets have appropriate commercial licenses.
