Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking a GAMC Consultant to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives across the organization. You will assist with access management, SOX documentation, due diligence, and SDLC risk assurance in a hybrid setup based in BGC, Taguig.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and supporting GAM projects such as Janus, TranSCend, and Transact. Immediate or 15-day start preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Access Mapping and Access Requests for training and production environments.
• Create and manage SOX documentation, including DCM, Interface Inventory List, System Inventory List, and SOPs.
• Develop electronic Due Diligence Work Programs and prepare Due Diligence Reports.
• Provide documentation and support for SDLC Risk Assurance as required.
• Support GAM Control Governance and GS Compliance Innovation initiatives.
• Assist GAM projects (Janus, TranSCend, Transact) with project-related tasks.

Job description

Role Overview:

The GAMC Consultant will be responsible for supporting various Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within the organization, including delivering key documentation and support for access management, compliance, and risk assurance. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards and support ongoing projects related to governance and systems development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Management:

  • Develop and maintain Access Mapping and Access Requests for training and production environments.
  • Track and manage access requests regularly to ensure compliance.

• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Documentation:

  • Create and manage SOX documentation, including:
  • Document Control Matrix (DCM) and handoff.
  • Interface Inventory List.
  • System Inventory List.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Due Diligence:

  • Develop electronic Due Diligence Work Programs.
  • Prepare Due Diligence Reports to assess risks and compliance adherence.

• Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Risk Assurance:

  • Provide documentation and support for SDLC Risk Assurance, as required.

• Governance and Compliance Support:

  • Support GAM (Global Access Management) Control Governance initiatives.
  • Assist with GS (Global Services) Compliance Innovation efforts.

• Project Support:

  • Participate in and provide support for GAM projects, including Janus, TranSCend, and Transact.

Other Details:

• Shift – Must be available in Mid shift
• Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work
• Location is in BGC, Taguig
• The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
• Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
