As part of the Consulting Enterprise Risk team, you will partner with clients on Internal Audit, Process compliance, SOX 404, Standard Operating Procedure manuals, Regulatory Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management. Each engagement presents unique challenges and opportunities to develop customized solutions tailored to the client's business environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and Team Management
- Manage a team of staff and seniors across locations to deliver SOX engagements – scoping, test of design, test of effectiveness, and reporting.
- Guide team members in effective assessment to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Lead control rationalization and standardization activities or re‑design existing controls for business processes.
- Evaluate control gaps during testing, provide remediation recommendations, and track progress.
- Define budget, track actuals, and plan/reschedule resources.
- Manage client process owners with minimal supervision.
- Meet quality guidelines and turnaround times to deliver client value.
- Apply solution‑based problem solving in client engagements.
- Identify and elevate engagement risks in a timely manner.
- Design and lead transition plans within agreed timelines.
- Head analytics and benchmarking activities for clients.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Market Leadership and Client Management
- Build executive-level client relationships and steer conversations with senior executives.
- Partner with onshore teams to understand clients’ business and industry trends.
- Identify key stakeholders and strengthen existing relationships.
- Assist senior managers in driving account management agendas focused on high‑impact opportunities.
- Contribute to new solution development based on industry trends and client needs.
- Share knowledge and contribute to thought leadership.
- Support RFP/RFI responses.
- Lead innovation initiatives leveraging Robotics, AI, and Advanced Analytics.
- Collaborate across service lines to influence business decisions.
- Monitor industry news, tools, and trends for potential risks and improvements.
- Operational Excellence
- Propose ideas to improve engagement productivity and client service.
- Manage engagement budgets and ensure compliance with plans and internal quality & risk procedures.

- Strong academic background in Business, Accounting, or related field (Big 4 experience preferred).

Qualifications
- More than 7 years of professional experience in risks & controls, with at least 4 years in SOX/internal controls (Big 4 or similar).
- Strong understanding of SOX and COSO framework.
- Leadership and collaborative team skills.
- CIA certification preferred.
- Strong academic history in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar.
- Excellent multi‑project management skills.
- Effective collaboration, motivation, and guidance of high‑performance teams.
