Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig City is seeking a Gadgets Team Leader to head a team of sales associates selling gadgets, mobile devices, peripherals, and tech accessories. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales while developing team capabilities and maintaining product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has background in gadget retail or consumer technology sales, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced on-site environment in BGC,

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in gadget retail, technology sales, or electronics retail.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in smartphones, tablets, laptops, computer peripherals, and gadget accessories.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and retail sales reporting.
• Ability to explain product features, specifications, and compatibility to customers.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of meeting sales targets.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the gadget sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide product recommendations and assist customers in choosing gadgets and accessories that meet their needs.
• Ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and product sales.
• Coach team members on product demonstrations, upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of fast-moving products.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and presented to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor sales transactions and ensure proper use of POS systems.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales trends, product demand, and operational issues.
• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports and recommend improvements to team performance.
