Relief International is seeking a consultant for a short-term engagement (Nov 3, 2026–Dec 2, 2026) to lead GAD Planning and Budgeting for Women, Peace and Security (WPS) in the Philippines. The role includes designing a one-day session per batch, developing PAP templates, and coaching LGU, CSO, and local stakeholders to translate WPS priorities into actionable plans.

Formación

• Advanced degree in GAD, public administration, development studies or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in GAD, local governance, planning and budgeting, WPS.
• Proven knowledge of Philippine GAD policies and budgeting mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Review project materials and policy frameworks for GAD planning and budgeting.
• Design a one-day session on GAD planning and budgeting for WPS for three training batches.
• Develop templates and materials for PAPs, targets, indicators, and budgets; facilitate workshops.
• Coordinate with RI Gender, Peace, and Governance Specialist to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Deliver in-person sessions across three batches and provide hands-on coaching to participants.
