Job summary

Koyn seeks an FX Operations Specialist to manage foreign exchange, payment flows, and data reporting across the business. The role blends operational finance with compliance awareness and data analytics to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clear reporting.

You will monitor FX rates, execute conversions, reconcile transactions, track market movements, and produce daily reports and dashboards in Excel to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel with formulas, pivot tables and reconciliation.
• Experience creating dashboards for financial and operational data.
• Understanding of FX markets and multi-currency transactions.
• Knowledge of payment systems and financial workflows.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and calculate FX rates for daily transactions across multiple currencies.
• Execute and manage FX conversions, ensuring competitive rates and minimal spread impact.
• Reconcile FX transactions and verify accuracy of applied rates.
• Track market movements and flag significant rate fluctuations affecting margins.
• Manage and process domestic and international payment transfers.
• Coordinate with payment providers and banking partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Produce daily financial and operational reports using Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain structured datasets for transaction tracking, FX performance, and payment flows.
• Design and build interactive dashboards for FX performance, revenue, cost breakdowns, and payment timelines.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Continuously improve dashboards to provide real-time insights for decision-making.
• Deliver all reports on a daily basis, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain high attention to detail to prevent financial or reporting errors.
