enablesGROUP in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Merchandising Planner to own category plans and drive forecasting, ranging, and supplier relationships. The role requires end-to-end ownership, deep category experience, and strong Excel capabilities.

You will coordinate with logistics, retail teams, and buyers to optimize ranges, lead times, and margins in a fast-moving fashion-driven furniture environment. The position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) with an office in Pasig, offering health

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, or category planning.
• Experience with long lead times (2–7 months with international factories).
• End-to-end category or product ownership, not siloed roles.
• Direct supplier or factory relationship management and order tracking.
• Strategic forecasting 6–12 months ahead, not just weekly gaps.
• Experience with high-ATV, slow-moving, bulky products (furniture, homewares).
• Range management, product lifecycle, and exit strategy planning (markdowns, phase-outs).
• Fashion-driven retail experience affecting planning decisions.
• OTB management and margin management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
• Independent work style with tenure in roles.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting stock requirements 6–12 months ahead based on sales trends and strategy.
• Analyze weekly sales and adjust long-term plans.
• Anticipate fashion and design trend shifts and plan accordingly.
• Balance sales targets, stock investment, and warehouse capacity.
