Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate or legal departments.
• Bachelor's degree in legal studies or paralegal studies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate obligations in legal fund documentation.
• Ensure timely establishment of obligations within Partners Group systems.
• Support global Structuring professionals with filing of legal docs.
• Own select investment fund processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Create and track legal entities data in firm systems.
• Handle project tasks, data analysis, and tool enhancements.
• Maintain trackers and overviews for records and decisions.
• Assist admin tasks related to investment funds operations.
• Maintain document databases and organization.
