JP Morgan Chase in Manila seeks a Fund Servicing Manager to ensure timely NAV reconciliation and accurate fund accounting data for investment funds. You will investigate valuation differences, coordinate with internal teams and service partners, and maintain strong data quality and controls.

You will lead inquiries, support regulators, and help deliver compliant operating practices across investors and stakeholders. Strong analytical and leadership skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pension funds and/or investment funds operations including fund accounting.
• Knowledge of fund accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of securities lifecycle concepts and trading activity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-to-end NAV reconciliation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Reconcile fund accounting data against internal records, including assets, derivatives and cash.
• Produce reconciliation report packages using approved tools and procedures.
• Investigate NAV breaks and coordinate resolutions with partners to meet deadlines.
• Execute quality checks to support accurate fund accounting and custody data.
• Maintain security static data ensuring correct asset identifiers are captured.
• Provide expense accrual information to the service provider or processing team.
• Manage inquiries from fund managers and stakeholders with proper escalation.
