Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Manila is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting professional to manage the preparation and coordination of financial statements and regulatory reporting in line with US GAAP and IFRS. You will work closely with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will coordinate engagements, review footnotes, and lead regulatory submissions while guiding teammates and identifying opportunities for value-added services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 4+ years of external audit experience, preferably in asset management or related financial reporting.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, asset management, hedge funds.
• CPA preferred, CPAs welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Willing to work in Makati, Alabang, or Clark in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days onsite per week.
• Able to work on shifting schedules (AM or mid-shift).

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements.
• Coordinate engagements including planning, budgeting, client coordination, and timelines.
• Ensure footnote disclosures accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external auditors.
• Prepare regulatory reports and liaise with global teams.
• Identify issues, investigate and propose solutions.
• Prepare engagement and client reports; attend training sessions.
• Identify opportunities for new clients and service enhancements.
• Provide guidance to teammates to strengthen knowledge areas.
