Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst in Taguig, Philippines. You will process and enter critical alternative investment information, reconcile data, and support client activities to deliver accurate reporting.

The role requires Excel proficiency, the ability to work remotely with a team, and up to 2 years of related experience in the Fund/Alternatives space; Investran experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Audit, Economics, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the Fund/Alternatives is required.
• Experience with the Investran system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter critical alternative investment information into systems.
• Ensure data is reconciled, timely, and accurate.
• Provide high-level customer service and support client activities.
• Assist with portfolio analysis, monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
• Prepare cash reconciliations and wires for cash movements.
• Exchange data flows with clients' platforms.
