Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds, covering real estate, private equity, debt, and more. You will manage end-to-end client onboarding, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure AML/KYC reviews, regulatory filings, and service agreement processes are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage the client onboarding process with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding activities including AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, and bank account openings.
• Coordinate service agreement preparation, legal document reviews, and Luxembourg regulatory filings.
• Lead client communications and support junior team members while driving process improvements.
