Job summary

A financial services company in Taguig is looking for a Vice President – Fund Accounting Trades to manage all aspects of the market trade lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years in Trades or Fund Accounting and at least 4 years as a People Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily trades workflow, ensuring compliance, and leading a team. This is an onsite position offering a dynamic work environment focused on global operations and risk control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Trades or Fund Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years as a People Manager.
• Strong operational expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, and Trade Support.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate managers.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls, and global operations.
• Experience working in a high-volume, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end market trade lifecycle with focus on ETD and broker reconciliation.
• Oversee daily trades workflow, controls, reconciliations, settlements, and breaks.
• Act as escalation point for operational and risk issues.
• Lead team capacity planning, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, SOPs, and ethics standards.
• Review and improve operational processes and controls.
• Represent the Global Trades team with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives within Asset Servicing and Global Trades.
