Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in trades operations or fund accounting.
• 4 years of people management experience.
• Subject matter expertise in reconciliations, settlements, and trade support.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconciliations, exception management, and daily processing.
• Maximize team capacity through resource planning and succession planning.
• Own department issues and elevate to leadership as needed.
• Represent the Global Trades team with clients and promote capabilities.
