Job summary

Linnovate Partners in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager to support venture capital and private equity fund clients in back-office fund administration. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting, capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations, while collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality service.

You will review financial statements, support audits, and continually develop expertise in fund accounting within a fast-paced, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5–6 years in audit, fund accounting and fund administration, preferably in VC/PE.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
• Handle back-office accounting for VC/PE funds including fund-level financial statements, capital calls, distributions, K1, K3 filings, carried interest, management fees, and parallel run.
• Prepare/review various reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
• Engage in continuous learning and development within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
