Job summary

Linnovate Partners AFS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to lead a team of fund accountants delivering high-quality reports to external clients.

You will oversee transaction processing and fee calculations for venture capital and private equity funds. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely deliverables, and collaboration with audit teams. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 10 years' VC/PE experience are required, along with strong analytical and communication skills and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in venture capital or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with fund accounting systems (Investran, eFront, Allvue) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fund accountants to deliver high-quality reports to external clients.
• Review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
• Handle accounting for venture capital and private equity funds, including transaction processing and fee calculations.
• Review various reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
• Engage in continuous learning and development within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Participate in strategic planning and review to continuously improve processes and the team’s performance.
