IQ-EQ is a global investor services group providing fund accounting and financial reporting for complex portfolios. The Senior Preparer role delivers comprehensive services with minimal supervision, handling low to high complexity and producing high-quality client deliverables.

You will lead complex statements, NAV calculations, and ensure compliance with reporting standards, while continuously improving processes and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Business with a CPA (or equivalent) and at least 3 years in fund accounting/financial reporting.
• Strong expertise in preparing complex financial statements and applying accounting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and documentation skills for varying complexity and risk.
• Proactive, results-driven, collaborative team player capable of independent work and training others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation of complex financial statements, NAV calculations, and related reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables while maintaining high quality.
• Apply accounting standards and policies with minimal supervision to ensure consistency across outputs.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and service quality.
• Develop knowledge of client requirements and industry practices to support exceptional service delivery.
